Fran has a gentle and patient manner. She took the time that my puppy needed to slowly adjust to being groomed. Fran was the only groomer willing to work around Pippa's anxiety, and difficulty with being handled. This has made all the difference for us both! Pippa is confident now and goes for her grooming every 5 weeks. Pippa was born blind and had some special needs which Fran understood and accommodated. We love Fran!! - Stacy Dudek
